IMPULSE UPDATe! please read

All operations are currently being ran by ONE person--customer service, restocking products, filling orders, etc.
Please be patient with me if it takes a little longer than usual to get back to your emails. 
I have chosen to stop focusing on social media and marketing, temporarily, so that orders and customer service can be prioritized. I promise-- WE'RE STILL HERE. We're just not active on Instagram.

OUR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME (from when your order is placed until it is shipped) is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. (Monday through Friday, weekends and US holidays excluded.)

COVID-19 has really thrown a wrench in our supply chain and I have been having trouble sourcing certain packaging and ingredients that are typical mainstays for us (quad eyeshadow palettes, for example). If you see that an entire section of products is sold out, it's not because they have been discontinued-- restock just takes longer these days. 
The shop is now restocked DAILY, as necessary.
